Upgrades the native ELK dependency to the signed
v0.1.1release from d2lang/elk-go#2.That release restores pinned ELK.js 0.8.2 behavior for ancestor-to-descendant connections, preventing routes from leaving the wrong container side and crossing intermediate containers. The new D2 regression freezes the original ELK.js object geometry and route for the minimal nested case.
