PyTorch 2.7 renamed cache_size_limit / fail_on_cache_limit_hit to recompile_limit / fail_on_recompile_limit_hit; patching the new names raises on older releases. Resolve the names once and set the limit values in a single place.

Summary
PyTorch 2.7 renamed the Dynamo options
cache_size_limit/fail_on_cache_limit_hittorecompile_limit/fail_on_recompile_limit_hit, so patching the new names fails on PyTorch 2.6. DA3 inference now resolves the names supported by the installed PyTorch once (_dynamo_recompile_limits) and sets the limit values in a single place.Testing
Patched config verified on PyTorch 2.6 (
cache_size_limit=64,fail_on_cache_limit_hit=True, restored on exit).
