[Feature]: Font options

Problem Statement

As a user with ADHD, I prefer to use specific fonts to aid readibility, but thats currently not possible in the extension - its currently the real blocker from making this the default editor for me.

Proposed Solution

Please could options be added to allow font configurations options for family/weight/size/line-height etc for the different styles in use.

@davidjdixon excellent idea, I was under impression that people will setup the fonts in VS Code, which can be inherited by the extension for avoid extra setup. What do you suggest?
