[Bug]: Code block dropdown has no option for C#

Bug Description

Code block dropdown has no option for C# (csharp)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the attached markdown.md file
2. Open the file
3. Click on the code block in that file
4. Click on the code block dropdown to expand it
5. Look through the dropdown entries, there is no C#

Expected Behavior

An entry for C# is included in the code block dropdown

Actual Behavior

No entry for C# is included in the code block dropdown
