feat(hu): add Hungarian (HU) pilot samples

This Pull Request adds the pilot samples for the Hungarian (HU) subcorpus under Samples/PressMint-HU/.

Summary of accomplishments:

• Sourced 3 daily issues of Pesti Hírlap (January 1884) from Hungaricana.
• Successfully split the monthly aggregates into daily PDFs.
• Extracted text using Google Cloud Vision OCR to accurately map column reading order.
• Systematically resolved post-OCR artifacts (hyphenations, character mappings, line duplications) via Python-based normalization.
• Packaged into fully compliant TEI XML components linked to the root PressMint-HU.xml corpus.
• Validated all XMLs against the official PressMint RelaxNG schemas.
• Generated all required derived formats (.txt, .vert, .tsv) using a custom Makefile that leverages the central PressMint scripts.
• Populated the repository's official README.md with HU-specific metadata.

The files are organized and ready for central integration review.
