- Add .classpath and .project files for both app and cicsbundle modules
- Add .settings/org.eclipse.buildship.core.prefs for cicsbundle
- Update .gitignore to allow Eclipse project files
- Fix README: change Maven 'package' to 'verify' and Gradle 'bootWar' to 'build'
- Fix GitHub workflow: add 'clean' prefix to Gradle builds and change Maven 'package' to 'verify'
- Remove outdated note about manual IDE refresh (no longer needed with committed Eclipse files)
