Implement exit codes

Tools using packman as part of their inner process cannot know whether it failed or not as no exit code is output.
Look into this

Started to work on branch exitcodes.
Need to add more integration tests in the test suite to validate all edge cases.

Also, need to implement something like this:

process.on('uncaughtException', function (err) {
  console.log('Caught exception: ' + err);
  process.exit(1)

Hi, thanks for raising this.
Indeed it's a known limitation.
You think you could give a try with packman's branch exitcodes ? Getting the code locally, checkout'ing that branch, installing locally packman and then launching an AT build with it? Thing is, I don't know when I'll have time to look into this.
