…L/RECOVER Add 10 AST node types (BackupStmt, RestoreStmt, KillStmt, LockTablesStmt, LockItem, UnlockTablesStmt, InstallPluginStmt, UninstallPluginStmt, WarmUpStmt, CleanStmt, CancelStmt, RecoverStmt) and corresponding parsers for all legacy-parity utility/admin commands.
