This allows `bundle install --forozen` to succeed, giving you exactly the versions of the other gems listed.

Includes fix to #94, as well as a slight change to
.gitignorefor local.bundleinstallations and an update toGemfile.lockfor the current gem version.Seems to work on the project repo YARD docs themselves, as well as the project I was working on. I wasn't sure how to test the changes (see #96).
If you want me to bump the gem version and such too let me know; I could really use this released so I can push a gem that depends on it without publishing a fork.
