ci: pin GitHub Actions to commit SHAs - #87

Pin every action in deploy, deploy-demo, auto-approve-copilot and validate-pull-request-title to a full commit SHA, keeping the same versions. A moved or compromised tag can no longer change what runs, which matters most in deploy.yml since it publishes to WordPress.org. Resolves 13 Bastion SAST github-actions-mutable-action-tag findings.
