.github/workflows/ci.yml:19 actions/checkout@v7 runs on the Node.js 24 runtime and requires a minimum GitHub Actions runner version (per upstream README); if this workflow is ever executed on self-hosted/older runners, checkout may fail at runtime.

.github/workflows/ci.yml:19 Is it intentional to reference actions/checkout@v7 via a mutable tag rather than an immutable commit SHA, especially given this workflow includes an auto-merge step for Dependabot PRs (supply-chain hardening)?
