Dear. Admin

When I run :

guideseq.py identify --aligned ABC.sam --genome hg38.fa --outfolder ABC --target_sequence XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXNGG --description ABC

I got the error message:

File "guideseq.py", line 253, in identifyOfftargetSites
AttributeError: 'GuideSeq' object has no attribute 'primer1'
