This returns to using a dialog for file errors without the exception.
The error message was wanted in a dialog so that it was seen when opening files in filebrowser or shortcuts.
II decided to give them a choice of continue or exit.
If continue it will just continue to pen a blank template
If exit it exits cleanly.…inue opens blank document, exit returns non-zero.
