   Thanks for the report, @srini-durand, and sorry Kimi 2.7 has been failing on both Zen and Go for several days.

   Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable is an error from the OpenCode Zen/Go service, not from the OpenCode app itself. Other models, including Kimi 3, work for you, so the problem is most likely on the service side for that model. Only the team can look into that.

   Service and account issues for Zen and Go aren't handled in GitHub issues. Please email help@anoma.ly with:

   • the model name
   • whether you used Zen or Go
   • roughly when it started
   • a recent timestamp of a failed request

   If you've already emailed, the team will get to it, especially now that we've seen it here. Please keep email addresses, payment details and other account information out of this public issue and put them in the email instead.

   Other reports of the same gateway error with other models, for reference:

   • Error from provider (Console): Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable #53894: same error message, model not specified
   • Kimi K3, Qwen 3.8 max, "Endpoint is unavailable" 503 #43071: "Endpoint is unavailable" 503 for Kimi K3 / Qwen
   • OpenCode Go: "Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable" for qwen/grok models (server-side, not client network) #43163: same error on OpenCode Go for qwen/grok models

If it's still happening, please email help@anoma.ly with the model, whether you're using Zen or Go, and when it fails. Please put any account details in the email, not in this issue.
