opencode --version - Platform: operating system, how you installed OpenCode, and whether you use the terminal UI (TUI), the desktop app or the web app
- Provider and model you are using (for example Anthropic / Claude, OpenCode Zen, a local model, ...)
- The exact error message: please copy the text or attach a screenshot
- What you did: the prompt or steps that lead to the error, and roughly how long it takes compared to what you expected

These existing issues might be related, ordered from most to least likely. Please check whether one of them already describes your problem:
- OpenCode Time To First Token and Thinking is very slow #48328: responses (time to first token and thinking) are very slow
- Very high latency when the context goes >90-100k tokens #44972: very high latency once the conversation context grows large
- Perf: session bootstrap/compaction becomes very slow after ~50 rounds of conversation #50063: sessions get very slow after many rounds of conversation
- Failed parallel tool call leaves dangling tool_call_id, causing 400 errors on all subsequent requests #44852: a failed tool call causes 400 errors on every later request
- OpenCode version: the output of
confirmed.. since app 9h opencode "thinks" very slowly.. bandwidth is kbit/s at best. Token/s is maybe 0.1 T/s.
