[FEATURE]: let web install as PWA

Describe the enhancement you want to request

I don't see the PWA install button on my Windows Chrome

[opencode-agent]

Thanks for the report! The web UI already ships a web app manifest, but both of its icons are marked "purpose": "maskable" only. Chrome requires an icon with purpose any before it will offer installation, so it doesn't show the install button. This is already tracked in #47466, which reports Chrome's installability errors and shows they go away once the icons are changed to "any maskable". That report is about Android, but the cause is the same on Windows Chrome.

Also note that Chrome only offers installation over HTTPS or on localhost.
