We sent you an email from the aleksandir.1975.trm@gmail.com account, but we don’t know if it was received.
We urgently need to transfer the $10 that was automatically deducted from our account to Go. The money is stuck now, and we don’t know how to credit it — please help. help@anoma.ly
API key is valid.
GET /zen/go/v1/usage returns 403 EntitlementError: OpenCode Go subscription required.
At the same time the workspace shows $10 Available credits, and invoice JICIBNW0-0003 is for OpenCode automatic credit recharge.
Please restore the previous Go subscription or reallocate the existing $10 credit balance to Go without charging another $10.
This appears to match both #51147 and #49020.
Please check the Go entitlement linkage for workspace wrk_01M0AT7TKWMSDVR3KKNY8H752F, specifically whether BillingTable.liteSubscriptionID and the corresponding LiteTable row exist and are linked to the current user.
The $10 payment ended up as Available credits / automatic credit recharge instead of restoring Go.
Please either restore/relink the previous Go subscription entitlement or apply/refund the existing $10 without charging another $10.
We do not want to create a second payment while the current billing state is unresolved.
The Go catalog now returns models including kimi-k2.7-code, deepseek-v4-pro, and Qwen models.
A direct call to a Zen free model returned 403 FreeTierError: OpenCode's free tier can only be used from within OpenCode, which appears to be a free-tier policy restriction rather than an API-key failure.
The remaining billing question is still unresolved: the $10 payment was credited as Available credits / automatic credit recharge instead of clearly restoring the OpenCode Go subscription.
Could you please confirm whether the Go entitlement for workspace wrk_01M0AT7TKWMSDVR3KKNY8H752F has now been restored/linked correctly, and whether the existing $10 has been applied to Go?
We do not want another $10 charge while the current billing state is unresolved.

@fwang, quick update with fresh API evidence from the same workspace/key:
GET https://opencode.ai/zen/v1/models → HTTP 200
GET https://opencode.ai/zen/go/v1/models → HTTP 200
