   This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

   • tui: leaks ~21MB .so per launch into /tmp; fills tmpfs and breaks TUI startup #42700: Same error — Failed to initialize OpenTUI render library: $bunfs/root/libopentui-*.so: cannot open shared object file caused by leaked .so files filling up /tmp (tmpfs). The fix is to clear stale files with rm /tmp/.[0-9a-f]*-*.so as a workaround while a permanent fix is tracked in that issue.
