Change note type screen doesn't have enough padding at the bottom

Enough padding so that the text at the bottom is readable.

@ZornHadNoChoice can you confirm this is the edit you had in mind? I feel like clipping the last note takes away the visual cue that the list doesn't end there

I'm confused with your screenshot. There's nothing wrong with the "Manage fields" screen.

Please read the issue description again and look at the screenshot in it.

The anki on the top is current version, with 'gee' being cut off
the anki on the bottom is the applied fix, with an onCreate padding to allow for the whole text to be visible
