Bumps orx 0.2.11 → 0.2.12. Merging triggers the v0.2.12 release, shipping #438, #454, #439, #395, #445, #455, #417, #451.

Only Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock change (same shape as #453). ui/dist is current: every UI commit since v0.2.11 rebuilt it in sequence, and the bundle hash chain is unbroken.
