strings.txt needs better documentation

Here is an extract from my rebuild and then again extracted strings.txt
Somehow a lot of text records got added. Would be great if you would give more info on why whis happens and also what the -1 in the TEXT files mean. I assume its the audio file also. But would be great to understand how this works from a coding point of view.

The structure of the file is
filename
text id (as used in scripts when it is printed)
the actual text

wheb rebuilding the game, only the above information is used

for convenience, when decompiling talkie scripts the associated voice id used along is added next (so one can also extract the voice samples and compare the speech, the filename is the same voice id)
if the text is used in a command that does not play voice (such as SET_SHORT_TEXT) the voice sample is -1
note that the games have a unique value (which is different per game) for "continue playing the same voice sample already playing".. which is used to break displayed sentences for very long text in games in games, such as when Simon reads the letter from Calypso.

It is somewhat common that the same text is used with several voice samples, for that case the line is duplicated and DUP is added to the end of the line. this allows, in case one hears the voice samples and decide the text should differ between them, to assign a new text id for the relevant line, along with changing the text (and update the script as well, to use the new text id), and another text entry will be added when rebuilding.

Thank you, very helpful. I guess, the comment with the used string is also from you, which is definitely super helpful.
But the link to the speech file in your strings.txt seems to be buggy, as it only works for GAMEPC, not the TEXT parts.
