When I include this file in Antimony, it can't find the "libsbmlnetwork_sbmldocument.h" file unless I add the '../../' to it.
* Remove getNumSpeciesReferences(SBMLDocument* document, const std::string& reactionId), because you can't call it, because it conflicts with getNumSpeciesReferences(SBMLDocument* document, const std::string& reactionId, unsigned int reactionGlyphIndex = 0); (i.e. same arguments with an extra default argument). * Set the stroke width for the species references, in addition to the reaction line endings.
Fix #include so it works if included elsewhere.
