I thought The Concise TypeScript Book might be a useful addition here. It is a free and open-source TypeScript book:

The book was recently updated to cover TypeScript 7 as well.
I followed the existing format and kept the change minimal. Please feel free to suggest any changes, or to close the PR if it is not a good fit.
