🎯 What: The testing gap in scripts/dl_cleanup.py where the exception handling block for IndexError inside parseVer_123 (when match.group(5) fails) was entirely untested.

📊 Coverage: A new test class TestDlCleanupParseVer123 was added. It covers the scenario where a version string regex matches but lacks the 5th group (patchlevel), explicitly triggering the IndexError code path via a mocked regex match object.

Result: Test coverage for scripts/dl_cleanup.py improved by ensuring the fallback logic assigning patchlevel = None and consequently evaluating patchlevel as 0 works correctly and safely without propagating exceptions.
