- Обновлен интерфейс навыка согласно https://wiki.yandex.ru/homepage/api-swagger/navyk/getskills/#parametry-otveta1
- Обновлены моковые данные:
- skillsMock сделан массивом навыков с конечным типом Skill[]
- в skillsMock добавлены данные по недостающим полям: для поля specializations использовать данные из массива specializationsMock
- Найдены все места использования skillsMock и исправлено обращение к нему с skillsMock.data на skillsMock
- Обновлен skillListMock - добавлена фильтрация данных по переданным фильтрам - authorId, title
- Для пагинации внутри skillListMock использована функция для пагинации calculatePagination
