) Replace scattered DB queries and function-based caching with a centralized DataSourceCache class backed by a single 60s-cached query. Remove the collaboration_data_source_ids mixin property in favor of broader cache methods guarded by tenant_id. Add missing ids_by_type() method to fix AttributeError in TenantUserLookupApi.
