💡 需求背景和解决方案
将 Flutter Web / Example 的内部“单元测试”区块统一为 Debug 默认展示，Profile/Release 隐藏。公开功能和 Demo Golden 的测试进程统一设置 TDESIGN_DEMO_TEST_MODULES=false，独立默认 Debug 进程验证开关，组件 Golden 不受影响。
移除47个页面的关闭覆盖，同步相关既有断言，保留公开交互和布局断言。48张既有 PNG 的变化只来自公开快照隐藏内部区块及对应视口变化；全部取自核对后的 Linux Flutter3.32 CI 原始图，来源与 SHA 见 Spec069/golden-provenance.json。没有新增主题指南快照或改变比较容差。
Spec：065、069。基于 fix/test-snapshot-determinism，前置 PR 合并后再改目标为 develop。
验证：拆分后 Flutter3.32 调度器17项自测通过；原组合分支38714603359中所有既有 Golden 已通过。仍需核对本分支完整 CI。
