The first run on 91c772b was red only on tests/test_run_liveness.py::test_heartbeat_writes_liveness_file (fixed-sleep timing test; the one re-run of that run passed), so the second commit makes that test deadline-based. Owner decision 2026-10-09: merge the stalled Dependabot bumps one per CI cycle; Dependabot PR #72 is closed as superseded by this merge.
