pp-flow now takes a Trigger choice: manual (button, the old default), recurrence with frequency/interval, or a dataverse row event (SubscribeWebhookTrigger with entity, event, scope, optional filtering attributes and the logical name of an existing connection reference, the template doesn't create one).
