hmm, I don't think the main repo would use this file but put it in the docs repo seems weirder because, I guess every other file are on main repo ? |

Adds command extraction to make the command tracker work (see Steel-Foundation/SteelDocs#70).
The command file is generated at
steel-core/build/commands.json.
