Removes the stale bundled enums.hpp file and modifies the BromaCodegen class to be able to dynamically find Enums.hpp from where the .bro file came from, and then parse it and add it to the generated .hpp file.
The parser mostly assumes the Enums.hpp has a sane syntax to not contain too much parsing for edge cases.
