Overview
Bumps the default Socket Registry Firewall container image from 2.9.3 to 2.9.10 (socketdev/socket-registry-firewall) and aligns the Helm chart patch release to 0.11.8 (appVersion / image.tag).

The same defaults are propagated to AWS EKS CloudFormation (ChartVersion, FirewallImageTag, example dns-override.values.yaml) and to Helm/docs (values.yaml, helm/README.md, cloudformation/README.md). No template logic or behavioral config changes—only version pins and documentation.
