• Backend: Framework Laravel (PHP) pola desain MVC.
• Frontend: Blade, Bootstrap.
• Database: MySQL yang dihosting dengan Supabase

2. Kontrol Hak Akses (RBAC)

• Admin: Memegang kendali penuh, seperti manajemen karyawan dan pembuatan akun dokter otomatis, serta dasbor pemantauan analitik klinik.
• Dokter: Memiliki dashboard mengelola antrean mandiri, mencatat Rekam Medis Elektronik berdampingan dengan profil pasien, dan melacak riwayat medis.
• Resepsionis: Menjadi pusat operasional harian yang mengontrol siklus pendaftaran pasien, manajemen ketersediaan ruangan, pemantauan status stok obat, dan eksekusi transaksi kasir.

3. Fitur

• Siklus Pasien: Alur data yang tersinkronisasi, dimulai dari penentuan nomor antrean, proses diagnosis di ruang periksa, hingga antrean pembayaran.
• Inventaris Otomatis: Inventaris yang otomatis terupdate saat dilakukan perubahan data.
• Kalkulasi Finansial: Modul kasir untuk tarif jasa dokter dengan kalkulasi harga satuan obat (kuantitas × harga) menjadi Grand Total tagihan akhir.
• Pelaporan (Reporting): Fitur untuk mengekspor rekapan data ke dalam format CSV (spreadsheet), pencarian data (search bar), serta pembuatan dokumen Invoice berformat PDF siap cetak.
