OWNERSHIP DECLARATION

RuntimeSolution is a proprietary organization. All rights, assets, intellectual
property, and operational control belong exclusively to the founder and owner.

This includes: all software products (PayRouter and future products), all
source code, designs, and documentation, all trademarks, domains, and brand
assets, all revenue, accounts, and financial instruments, and all partnerships,
contracts, and business relationships.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

RuntimeSolution operates under the following non-negotiable principles:

1. Security First: User data and transaction integrity are sacred. No compromise.
2. Transparency: Clear pricing, clear terms, no hidden agendas.
3. Service to Ummah: Technology built to serve the Muslim community and beyond.
4. Sacrifice Over Surrender: We endure hardship, adapt to challenges, but never
   surrender our principles or our users' trust.

SUCCESSION AND STEWARDSHIP

In the event of the owner's absence, mysterious disappearance, or suspicious
disappearance of any type:

Primary Stewardship: All RuntimeSolution assets, including PayRouter, shall be
transferred to QudsLab for continued stewardship, development, and operation.

Family Provision: 10% of all ongoing revenue, intellectual property value, and
liquid assets shall be allocated to the owner's immediate family: spouse,
children (biological and legally adopted), and parents (if living and
dependent). This provision is irrevocable and takes precedence over all other
distributions.

Secondary Stewardship: If neither the owner nor QudsLab exists or is capable of
stewardship, all RuntimeSolution assets shall be transferred to the Ahl
al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah supported and the most knowledgeable (youngest most quami 
bangladeshi and pakisthani and hanafi and 24-29 years old most Aleem supported) 
Muslim Khalifah, to be managed as Baitul Maal (public treasury) for the benefit 
of the People and unity of the world.

The Khalifah must be: recognized by the majority of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah
scholars, under 40 years of age at the time of succession (youth priority),
supported by documented evidence of knowledge (Ilm) and piety, and committed
to the principle: "We sacrifice, but we do not surrender."

NON-SURRENDER CLAUSE

"Nahnu nufsidu, wa lakinna la nastaslimu."
(We sacrifice, but we do not surrender.)

This is the founding motto of RuntimeSolution. It applies to: technical
challenges (we fix, we improve, we adapt), security threats (we defend, we
harden, we endure), political or legal pressure (we comply with lawful
requirements, but we do not surrender user data, encryption keys, or
principles to unlawful demands), and existential threats (if the organization
must dissolve, assets go to the succession chain above, never to adversaries).

LICENSE SCOPE

This license governs: all software developed by RuntimeSolution, all services
operated under the RuntimeSolution brand, all intellectual property created by
or for RuntimeSolution, and all future products, subsidiaries, or spin-offs.

AMENDMENT

This license may only be amended by the owner in writing. No oral modifications
are valid. In the event of the owner's incapacity, QudsLab may amend only
technical and operational clauses, not ownership, succession, or principle
clauses.

GOVERNING SPIRIT

While this document is drafted in English for legal clarity, its governing
spirit is Islamic: Amanah (trust), Adl (justice), Jihad (struggle), and
Tawakkul (trust in Allah).
