Using AI... I'm trying a stopgap until a non-AI solution:

The solution it came up with seems sensible. There are two weird TBC specific overrides which is why im not opening a PR, but at least it works..

works for the most part, sadly assigned keybinds to trinkets or gearset dont seem to work with this fix either

May work? I asked claude nicely. Tbh, I don't have the time to comb through wow's API changes myself, so if you dont want to waste time on AI crap, don't. lol.

For me, I only use scripts in ItemRack, so I dont notice any problems

I don't play WoW anymore and I don't have a subscription, so I won't update it myself and I'm kinda hesitant to merge AI generated commits that weren't tested a lot...

sadly not, the addon as is does not load ingame at all despite appearing in the addon list. the makeshift fixes make it appear ingame and work mostly, except for keybindings not triggering despite the button glowing

Does not fully work for me. The addon shows visually and there are no lua errors but the trinket/item hotkeys do not work. The queuing/swapping function seems to work but you need to manually activate the trinkets/items. Also the cog icon that indicates the slot is queued has moved to the upper left behind the hotkey text.

I tested the fix. It works for me. The hotkeys work.

Only issue I see is that when I click an item slot a green up arrow appears on that slot.
