    Interview 1

    Board

    • In the workflow add pre selected colors for the boxes + color picker (programmatically from the template [inverted])
    • Sharing experience similar to Figma
    • Toolbar at the bottom?
    • Floating Bar at the nodes (e.g comment)
    • Template selection like Figma in the board, when empty
    • Another form of comments (with chat options, no formatting) -> Resolve / Mention / Answer / Reply / Hide (presentation mode)
    • Transparency to pins that cannot be connected while dragging
    • Optimize snapping (if there is only one correct pin with that type, snap to that when over node)
    • FlowPilot should take the whole page (Comments -> "@Flowpilot please do...")
    • FlowPilot context should be clear (sparkling, highlight of the nodes) [or whole workflow]
    • How long do the FlowPilot nodes stay in context (give the model the info which nodes are selected in this step for followup questions) -> Also show the context in the messages (Based on which nodes was this answered)
    • Agentic fetch history not always give it, so we dont flood the context (also bad for context switches for nodes)
    • Tooltip for the long running icon (user dislikes the overflow)
    • X is missing for docs closing
    • New Variable missing Dialog
    • Variable Datatype button not easy to know (second dropdown next to variable type)
    • Should the map type be called "map" (Python developer)
    • Structured input from the user changing variables (field should be marked as execution requirement) -> "To run this flow you need to provide me your mail" (variables?)
    • Expose button next to variable not helpful
    • "Pro Tip!" hover icons -> FlowPilot
    • Can we move the runs panel next to the logs panel?

    Sidebar

    •  Home Icon not intuitive -> Maybe Icon
    • Move the Pin up to the plus
    • Reordering of pinned apps

    Model Catalog

    • Vlm should be VLM
    • Instead of showing LLM / VLM focus on the modalities (see the openai model catalog) -> Input / Output like filtering like openrouter
    • Tags are not helpful
    • Performance categories / overview between models
    • --->>> Open Router / Open AI model overview mix would be best?

    • Generate input form based on event for generic and other events that have outputs. Right now we have to paste and create json.. not the best approach!

    •  reduce button size
    • add filter for premium models (and hint that you can only use them with the right subscription)

    • Alignment options in container elements (justify, align, etc.)
