Generic filament sensor inverted emits inversion and pullup in the wrong order -> config error

What happened

Select generic inverted for a filament sensor, you get this:

The emitted config includes:

switch_pin: !^toolboard_t0:PA4

If I override in printer.cfg with the ! and ^ switched, it works.
