- Bump CUTE for configurable 2/4/8-channel loader responses and bump coupledL2 to carry AmeIndex on D.
- Wire per-channel TL nodes and matrix_data_in paths through XSCute/XSTile, and add multi-channel smoke coverage with a Scala memory model.
- Difftest and monitor/perf plumbing are still only hooked to channel 0 for compatibility and smoke testing; full multi-channel observability is left for follow-up.
