Companion blog post (DRAFT) for the AGENTS.md/SKILL.md rollout initiative — makes every OVOS repo legible to a user's coding assistant, while keeping core development on the org's own terms (AI behind our safeguards/validation harnesses, not unsolicited AI-generated PRs). Held draft: the rollout across repos is not yet complete — publish once it's live. Should be tracked as a Documentation Extra in #12/#17, not a new paid MoU line, unless renegotiated with NLnet (human gate). Carries the canonical NLnet attribution block. Scheduled 2026-11-25.
