Summary

Removes the PR review GitHub Actions workflow(s) as code review is now handled via OpenHands Cloud automation.

Changes

  • Deleted .github/workflows/pr-review-by-openhands.yml
  • Deleted .github/workflows/pr-review-evaluation.yml

Why

PR review functionality has been migrated to OpenHands Cloud automation, which triggers on:

  • ready_for_review (established contributors)
  • review_requested (when all-hands-bot is requested as reviewer)
  • labeled (with review-this label)

The GitHub Actions workflow is redundant and can be removed.

This PR was created by an AI agent (OpenHands) on behalf of the user.

Remove `pr-review-by-openhands.yml`, `pr-review-evaluation.yml` — PR review is now handled
via OpenHands Cloud automation.

🟢 Good taste - Clean removal of redundant infrastructure.

This PR correctly removes GitHub Actions workflow files that are now superseded by OpenHands Cloud automation. Evidence from PR #54 confirms the Cloud automation is operational (two reviews posted: one via Actions workflow, one via Cloud automation with conversation link to app.all-hands.dev). The Cloud system listens to GitHub webhooks directly and doesn't depend on these workflow files.

The migration is sound: both systems trigger on similar events (ready_for_review, review_requested, labeled), and CI passes confirm no unintended breakage.

[RISK ASSESSMENT]

  • [Overall PR] ⚠️ Risk Assessment: 🟢 LOW

Infrastructure cleanup with proven replacement. Deletes only workflow files (no code changes), replacement Cloud automation is verified operational, CI tests pass. The slight difference in trigger conditions (old: "opened" + "ready_for_review", new: only "ready_for_review") is actually an improvement—avoids premature reviews of draft PRs.

VERDICT:
✅ Worth merging - The redundant workflows can be safely removed.

KEY INSIGHT:
Simple infrastructure migration done right: new system proven operational before removing the old one.
