[DOC] RAPIDS -> nvidia docs migration TODOs

As part of the migration of docs from docs.rapidsai to docs.nvidia there are a few task that need to happen:

• Update link in About banner on github to point to https://docs.nvidia.com/raft/
• Fix broken logo in README
• Remove references to RAPIDS in README (if used in front of a library like RAPIDS cuDF replace for NVIDIA cuDF)
• Remove links references to RAPIDS community - currently showing in main page under https://docs.nvidia.com/raft/latest/#useful-resources and in README
• Update quickstart to remove RAPIDS naming where needed - For example RAPIDS Memory Manager (@bdice can you advice here what's the new name?)
• Remove any reference of RAPIDS and replace for NVIDIA RAFT or if RAPIDS is referred as the ecosystem, find in this comment the corresponding replacements options Replace references to RAPIDS to NVIDIA CUDA-X for data science rapidsai/deployment#748 (comment)
  • Several references in https://docs.nvidia.com/raft/latest/contributing/

RAPIDS Memory Manager (@bdice can you advice here what's the new name?)

Please call it "NVIDIA RMM." But in this case, I think we can propose something even better. I suggest something like the following in the README.md and docs/source/quick_start.md.
