Drop hard-coded counts from READMEs and images (#6)

- Skills badge no longer shows a number
- READMEs, stacks/README, ronny README and NOTICE describe skills without counts
- Regenerate hero, how-it-works and skills-map (EN and ZH) in the same style: no counts, both stacks shown, no 'on the way' placeholder, no WORKFLOW.md for ronny
- Bump ronny to 0.2.3
