Post-launch polish: links, counts, license notes and labels (#5)

* Polish docs after the public launch

- Skills badge counts both stacks (17) and links to stacks/
- READMEs mention jiachen's two skills under What's inside
- community/README lists the marketplace entry step that CI requires
- PR template and CONTRIBUTING note that third-party material keeps its license
- Issue chooser points MiniMax Code bugs to the minimax-code repo
- Stack template id rule matches CONTRIBUTING
- ronny README: install section, 'most skills' pair with a note; bump to 0.2.2

* Drop the WORKFLOW coming-soon links, soften 'on the way', add ronny homepage

- Remove links to ronny's WORKFLOW.md and the coming-soon note; the page keeps its skill map with a neutral intro
- Replace 'other team stacks on the way' with an invitation to add one
- Add homepage to ronny's marketplace entry
