PATCH /webhooks/{id} replaces a webhook's events with the list it is sent (apps/api/src/routes/webhooks.ts). The CLI README and the Resend migration guide (en and pt-BR) told readers who migrate an older instance with CLI 0.2.3 to add suppression.added and suppression.removed back "with PATCH /webhooks/{id}". PATCHing only those two would unsubscribe the endpoint from every other event. All three now say to send the full list.

Docs only: three lines. The MDX pages compile with the docs app's preset.

… events list

PATCH /webhooks/{id} replaces a webhook's events with the list it is
sent, so PATCHing only suppression.added and suppression.removed after a
migration with CLI 0.2.3 would unsubscribe the endpoint from everything
else. The CLI README and both migration guides now say to send the full
list.
