r-universe builds failing

All r-universe builds except Windows are failing due to an apparenty ChemmineR bug—.ensureOB() appears to be not recognizing that ChemmineOB is installed.

ChemmineOB fails to build on M1 macs now as well girke-lab/ChemmineOB#35.

Unfortunately that doesn't help with automated build systems!
