feat(personas): add teach, adapted from mattpocock/skills - #143

Vendors Matt Pocock's teach skill as a persona so every tool gets it from the one source. It turns the current directory into a multi-session teaching workspace (MISSION.md, RESOURCES.md, learning records, a glossary, reference docs and short HTML lessons) and pitches each lesson at the learner's zone of proximal development. The four format files ship as references/. Upstream lists GLOSSARY.md's format but never wires it into the workspace, so the workspace list now names it. Skill only, not an agent: the course is interactive and stateful, which a one-shot subagent cannot run. The description routes codebase and diff explanations to explain and one-off questions to research. MIT licence sits beside the source SKILL.md and the rendered body carries an attribution line.
