Implement actual pipeline structure

  • Currently using a poorly implemented TaskGraph (I have absolutely no idea how to generate it dynamically)
  • Progress bar stuck in a single-threaded task (project-level operations)
• Feature to-dos
  • Change the bar format correctly
  • Add feature to display files currently being processed
