New pages for Dana, Eversense and Medtrum

The feature branches that support the new CGM: Eversense and the two new pumps: Dana and Medtrum are getting close to being pulled into Loop proper.

In preparation for that, while keeping the managers in a feature branch, begin to add more robust documentation to LoopDocs.

This first commit adds new pages to setup tab.
The Medtrum page has some work-in-progress updates.

Not sure the information for Disconnect or Reconnect and Patch State are 100% accurate with the way it works right now, see jbr7rr/MedtrumKit#106

There is another Issue I opened because MedtrumKit doesn’t give the correct error message when you attempt to bolus while suspended. I chose to put in the desired message in LoopDocs rather than what the app says now, because I expect it to be updated soon.

I will test the disconnect state with Loop.
