This resolves #127, adds a pre-generated example server, and fixes an issue with the shebang line in
woo.sh.Riley, would mind checking that this runs on your setup as well? Note that the tests for
graphql-servernow require two running instances of ArangoDB (seegraphql-server/README.md).When we're happy with this change I'll merge it into the master. If something is missing, let me know.
