docs(tools): add Xquik and repair stale OSINT links

Summary

• add Xquik to the Social Media OSINT table with a neutral, durable capability summary
• include the complete independence and trademark disclosure
• replace the dead Jeffrey’s Exif Viewer link with the maintained ExifTool project
• repair 4 repository badges that referenced the unavailable osint-mastery-guide repository
• preserve sequential serial numbers across all 103 tool rows

Why

The old EXIF viewer returns HTTP 404. ExifTool provides a maintained metadata-analysis replacement. The prior Xquik copy also relied on volatile operation counts. This revision states stable capabilities instead.

• verified every changed badge and tool URL returns HTTP 200
